Well.. Everything's cut. I just have to double check the sizing of each piece against the life size pattern, clean and foil everything, and double check the reinforcement grid. Then add the reinforcement, solder everything, and frame it up. I'll be reinforcing with a combination of Steel Restrip and braided reinforcement wire, which run in between the seams of the glass. Everything looks really dark on the table but once I get some light behind it the colors should show quite well. Another 20-25 hours and I should be just about done.
Measurements are 40" wide and 44" high and the final glass tally appears to be holding steady at 295 pieces of glass. This panel comes in at 12.2 square feet.
